Your custom glasses are made-to-order based on your selected frame and any requested customizations, such as lens color, engraving, or design adjustments. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.

Returns

As each pair is custom-built specifically for you, these products are not eligible for return or exchange once production has started. We appreciate your understanding.

If your glasses arrive damaged or if there has been an error in your order, please contact us immediately. We will correct the issue at no cost to you, including covering return shipping if necessary.
